Rated 3 von 5 von aus Amazing sound. Echo integration needs more work The audio quality is amazing as one would expect from Harmon Kardon. What is disappointing is the integration with Alexa/Echo is extremely basic lacking most features one would consider standard on any Echo enabled device. The device does not support multi-room audio nor are you able to customize the settings at all. No ability to enable a sound when you wake Alexa. No ability to customize the sounds at all. The HK app is for setup only. It has no customization settings aside from device name. Settings within the Alexa web page for the device are missing all customization settings. I was also surprised that HK support was completely unfamiliar with the product. I'm hopeful HK does some work on this.

Rated 1 von 5 von aus Allure not pairing with Alexa so use as night ligh I read reviews saying pairing is difficult. Do not count on either Amazon or HK to help you. You get a microscopic manual in 4 point type. Hello who do you think buys this product? Next it says get an app. You get the app but then it claims the speaker will get the app not your kindle or phone which both have it. The app is unable to find the device. Before you say Well he must not have experience, I have bought 21 amazon devices. Ship this device with instructions glued to speaker. Fire everyone who worked on the manual. The fix... put in a port to connect this speaker to echo dot 2.

Rated 4 von 5 von aus Ist vom Klang her ein tolles Gerät Das Gerät ist gut nur leider bin ich enttäuscht, dass die Allure nicht in der HK Remote App ist, damit man es mit seinen anderen HK Geräte zusammen steuern kann. Dann findet die Allure meine Omni 10 oder den Adapt nicht über Bluetooth. Habe mich extra für die Alexa von HK entschieden, damit alles kompatibel ist. Das ist sehr schade. Vielleicht kann man mir ja helfen.

Today i tried to connect it to wifi, it use to connect and immediately turn red. No response, no trouble shooting option in hk alexa setup app. Overall frustrating product

My Allure Portable is stuck at the setup process in HK Alexa app. It won't connect with my wifi router. When I tried to connect it directly with my iPhone, I can see the wifi connection drops right after establishing connection.

Thanks for sharing us your concern. Let's try some troubleshooting that may help you resolve the issue. Find a paper-clip or something similar and look for the pinhole at the back of the speaker. Fold out the paper-clip and insert it into the hole. Press the button until Alexa voice says &quot;Factory data reset&quot;. How can I skip a track with the physical button interface?

Hi, there is no button or way to skip tracks physically on the speakers. You may use your phone/source or talk to Alexa to skip the song.

Multi room is not yet enabled for our speakers with Amazon Alexa, Multi-Room Music Group option is grayed out with our Alexa speakers under the Amazon Alexa app. There is no timeline for this to be enabled.

Hello, is its voltage requirement 110V 60Hz or 220V 50hz? I noticed that it is working with Amazon in the Americas and working with Tencent in China. If I bring it to China, can it work (or brush Chinese firmware)? Thank you very much!

The HK Allure are auto-volt units that can be used in either 100-120V or 220-240V, 50-60Hz rated power sources. There would be no voltage issues when using it in China.

Hello, I am having trouble connecting spotify to my allure portable. I can listen through bluetooth using my mobile app on my phone, but when I ask Alexa to play a song using spotify she plays it with amazon music.

Hi! In order to play Spotify with the Allure portable, you need to link your Spotify account. Here's how: 1. Open Amazon Alexa app (available on Appstore and Playstore). 2. Click on the top left corner (burger icon). 3. Go to settings. 4. Scroll down until you find &quot;Music &amp; Media&quot; settings menu. 5. Click on Spotify to access the menu. 6. Click on &quot;link your Spotify account&quot; follow the instructions on screen. (this screenshot we already are logged into Spotify). 7. After successfully connecting your Spotify account then go back to &quot;step 5&quot; and select &quot;Choose default music services&quot; 8. Click on Spotify and Alexa voice will now play music from Spotify and can request songs from their server.
